Welcome to use Ultra VPN (hereinafter referred to as "this application" or "we"). We respect and protect the privacy of all users. During the process of providing VPN services, we will not collect, store or associate any personal information that can identify the user's identity.

Improve the overall service experience and product security.

We will not use user information for personalized advertising or commercial transactions.

We will not sell or rent your data. Sharing may only be possible under the following circumstances:

Provide necessary technical data to service providers bound by contracts (such as cloud hosting and crash analysis platforms);

When required by law or requested by law enforcement agencies in accordance with the law;

4. Data Storage and Security

We use servers that comply with international security standards, such as AWS, Google Cloud, etc., to host anonymous data.

Data security is protected by adopting end-to-end encryption, minimal permission access, data desensitization and other security measures.

The VPN session log will not be retained. Relevant temporary information will be automatically cleared after disconnection.

We will respond within a reasonable time frame (usually no more than 30 days).

6. Children's privacy

Ultra VPN does not provide services for children under the age of 13. If any incorrect collection is found, we will delete it immediately.
